All prices are expressed and denominated in Colombian legal currency (Colombian pesos COP$). TRii Design SAS stores or other places that distribute the product, in some cases, may have differences in prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TRii Design SAS sells clothing for women of all ages and is not responsible for any damage or injury to purchasers caused by improper or incorrect use of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CHANGES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The maximum period to make changes is 30 calendar days (one month) after purchase.<\/li><li>To approve the exchange you must show the purchase invoice, send the garment in its original condition (without having been washed or used), with its price tag. TRii Design SAS reserves the right to refuse merchandise that is not in the aforementioned conditions.<\/li><li>Once the garment is received, TRii Design SAS will confirm the availability of the requested product. Subsequently, it will proceed to send it according to the stipulated shipping times. If the product is not available, TRii Design SAS will contact the customer at the e-mail address provided in the return form.<\/li><li>The product that has been exchanged is considered final sale and will have no further exchanges. <\/li><li>Discounted products do not apply for exchanges. <\/li><li>No refunds are given.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COLORS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on our website. Once the warranty is approved, we will exchange it for another product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our warranty is 3 months after purchase. The useful life of the garment depends on its care and conditions of use, so the warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse or poor care of the garment. We want our garments to have a long useful life, for this reason we also make repairs in case of damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to follow the washing and care instructions for each garment to the letter in order to maintain the quality of the product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LAW APPLICABLE TO THE CONTRACT AND ITS FORMATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement between us and in connection with your use of this site is made in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
